By Train
Go to Taipei Main Station or Songshan Station. Take the train to Keelung – it comes every 20 minutes or so, and it costs 41 NTD. Use EasyCard, and you save an additional 10%.
By Bus
From MRT City Hall Station exit 2, walk next door and go inside City Hall bus station. Take bus 1800 to Keelung. Get off in Keelung at Ocean Plaza. It costs 40 NTD, comes every 10-15 minutes, and takes about 30 minutes.
From MRT Janghang Rd. (Miramar) Station exit 2, walk to the bus stop outside. Take bus 1573 to Keelung and get off at Ocean Plaza. It costs 42 NTD, comes every 10-20 minutes, and takes about 30 minutes.
From MRT Yuanshan Station exit 2, take bus 9006 to Keelung, and get off at Ocean Plaza. It costs 59 NTD, comes every 10-15 minutes, and takes about 45 minutes.
